When I first started out, I was naive enough to think that all I had to do to achieve online success is build a website and find an amazing product or service to sell.
I was under the false impression that customers will come to me, naturally and organically, and that I could get to that 6 or 7-figure level without having to spend a single dollar on paid advertising.
Don’t get me wrong… It’s not that I wasn’t getting any customers, it’s just that it wasn’t nearly enough to justify the time, money, and energy I spent building my business from scratch.
It was only a trickle at first, and I wasn’t making nowhere near enough money to lead a carefree, comfortable, financially secure lifestyle…
Truth be told, I never even imagined I’d become a world-class Facebook advertiser as I am today, I never planned to craft 1,000+ advertising campaigns that netted me MILLIONS in sales over the last 8+ years...
In fact, I hated CREATING ADS, and I was totally against the notion of spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars on paid advertising.
But back in 2009, when I was still completely new to the world of online marketing, I had tried to do all sorts of things, being a broke, frustrated and university dropout in my final year…
I knew I had to make dramatic changes to create the life of my dreams and to achieve financial freedom for myself and my family….
There were a couple of issues though…
I was overweight, morbidly obese.
I didn’t have a list to host webinars.
I didn’t even have my own products to sell.
I didn’t have a lot of money for paid traffic.
I had no tech experience, no business experience.
I didn’t have no confidence, clarity or capabilities.
I didn’t have any patience to learn the traffic skills.
I didn’t like making videos at all (pic of my first ever video)
So how was I able to go and make my first million dollars at age 24?
